Through Crow Information Design, she provides information solutions for businesses and freelance professionals through websites, blogs, ebooks, social media tools, training programs, software user assistance, technical writing, and feature writing services.

Clients range from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies located throughout the United States and abroad, and include IBM, Walt Disney Internet Group, The Dial Corporation, Catholic Healthcare West, Ignite Phoenix, Arizona Department of Education, and the City of Phoenix.

Charlene is speaking at the 2010 WritersUA conference in Seattle about using storyboards for help content development. She spoke at the 2009 WritersUA conference about integrating Twitter into the software user assistance industry.

In January 2010, Charlene launched the Social Media DIY Workshop to help small business people learn how to use social media.
